What is eSchool - Virtual School Management System?
eSchool is an all-in-one school management system developed by WRTeam. It includes a powerful Laravel admin panel for school management, native Flutter apps for Students, Parents, and Teachers, and a responsive public school website.
Where can I test the live admin panel demo and what are the credentials?
You can open the live admin demo at https://eschool.wrteam.me/login. Default credentials: School Admin (superadmin@gmail.com / superadmin), Teacher (teacher@gmail.com / teacher123), and Staff (staff@gmail.com / 14081980).
Do I get the complete source code?
Yes! Both Regular and Extended licenses include the 100% full, unencrypted source code for the Laravel backend, the Flutter mobile apps, and the web components. You own the code to customize and host on your server.
Which payment gateways are supported for online fees?
eSchool natively supports Razorpay, Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave for online fee payments, plus offline cash, cheque, and manual bank counter collection with printable receipts.

How does the exam management system work?
eSchool has a dual exam engine: (1) Online MCQ examinations with question banks, randomized question selection, timers, and automatic instant scoring; (2) Offline written examinations where teachers enter marks or upload CSV spreadsheets, with auto-generated grade reports and printable report cards.
Can parents track multiple children in the app?
Yes. The Student & Parent Flutter app features an instant multi-child profile switcher. A parent with two or three children in different grades can seamlessly switch profiles to check attendance, pay fees, and view report cards without logging out.
Can we generate ID cards and Leaving Certificates?
Yes! The built-in Academic Document Generator creates branded student ID cards with barcodes and student photos, as well as customizable Leaving Certificates (TC), Character Certificates, and Bonafide Certificates.
How does the timetable module help prevent clashes?
The timetable builder lets administrators configure period durations, break slots, and assign subject teachers to classes while automatically preventing scheduling clashes for teachers across sections.

What are the server requirements?
eSchool runs on a standard Linux VPS or shared hosting with PHP 8.2+, MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB, Apache or Nginx, with standard extensions (OpenSSL, PDO, Mbstring, Tokenizer, XML, Ctype, JSON, BCMath, GD/Imagick).
Can I customize the logo, colors, and branding?
Yes! The system is white-label friendly. You can upload your school's logo, customize primary and secondary colors, configure your school's domain, and rebrand the Flutter mobile apps before publishing to Google Play and Apple App Store.
